By accessing or using Torn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Torn is a binary poll application where users answer questions by choosing between two options, then see aggregate results from all users. The service is available as a web application and iOS app.

User Accounts

You may use Torn anonymously or create an account using Google Sign-In or email. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate poll results through automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Content

Torn contains poll questions that may include mature themes, humor, and provocative topics. The content is intended for adults aged 17 and older. Questions are designed to be thought-provoking and entertaining — they do not represent the views or endorsements of Torn.

Intellectual Property

The Torn application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Torn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Torn at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Torn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
